...until I'm done class for reading break!
Of course, with all the stuff I have to do before class re-starts the week after next, it won't really be much of a break. But it's the principle of not having lectures, even if I still have piles of reading to catch up on, a paper to write, and midterms to study for. Not to mention a regional youth parliament (model parliament for high school kids, for those of you not in the know) to help run, next weekend. Whee!
But I'm going up to Whistler for a couple of days at the beginning of next week. Skiing will be fun, even if I do have to bring work up with me. Not to mention that there won't be any parents up there...just me and my boyfriend, for one night at least (and then his sister and her boyfriend are coming up the next day). Whee!
Oh, and I'm going out for all-you-can-eat sushi tonight. Mmm...raw fish.... :)
What have I done? I've given in to the EVula Empire! I'm...shocked, apalled, and flabbergasted, possibly. But I'll live. I hope. At least I haven't bought a minion thong (and I never will, dammit!).
Um. You know, I'm not really sure what I'm going to /do/ with this blog. Write things in it, I guess. About me, I suppose. Shocking.
Meh. I'm in class, and my prof is busy being disappointed with the people who wrote papers on last week's reading for not being good enough. I wrote a paper last week, I know it was no good, I know why it was no good, and I don't need to be told again! Stupid history class...or rather, too smart history class, stupid me. And I have a severe dislike for being preached at, which is what my history prof seems to be doing right now.
I am so unbelievably ready for school to be over, it's not even funny. It's not even that I don't like my classes, or that I don't like school. I'm just...getting sick of it. Perhaps I'll take a break next year even if I don't get into the legislative internship program for next January.... *sigh*
