I was thinking about numbers a couple seconds ago...
Yeah, okay, so I wasn't just thinking about it and decided to write it here. I was going to write something here and decided to think about that.
Anyway, I was wondering why we never use Roman numerals anymore. Then I thought, well, it's because they're extremely complicated and they take way too much time to write. Then, I thought, hey, we do use them sometimes. You know, in those copyright thingies at the end of T.V. shows and movies. Then, I thought, why exactly do we use them for those copyright thingies at the end of T.V. shows and movies?
Yeah... so, if anyone has the answers to these questions, I'd be happy to hear it. Because I just started thinking about this right now. Yeah.
Yes, bowling. I find it fun, though I'm not very good at it. Truthfully, though, I like playing on the old Galaga arcade cabinet at the local bowling alley more than the bowling itself, but that's another story...
*cough*
Anyway, as I said, I find it to be a pretty fun game, but, to me, it's just a game. Now, there are some that would say bowling is a sport, and to those people I say, you must have a very broad definition of "sport," because bowling is certainly not included in MY definition.
In fact, if we can include bowling, why not include ping-pong or wall ball, or even that Galaga arcade machine? What kind of nut brands bowling as a sport? Probably the same guy who could never do very well at any other sport. To that, I say, hey, I'm not good at sports either, but I don't go making up what's a sport or not just so I can call myself an "athlete."
Sheesh. Bowling "sport." Whatever.

I hate poetry
I don't get any of it
Some people write it
And some people love it
I hate to write it
Because I can't rhyme
But my poems make more sense
Than most poems to most of the time
Only poets get poetry
it seems to me
But they make me read it
Even though I'm bored by line three
So to all of you poets
who like to share your skill
with those who don't appreciate it
and who poetry makes ill
Please stop sharing
and please go away
It will be easier on all of us.
