To actually give the reason why I've been off the net for a week or two is I've been playing a game. Not just any game. A game called Escape Velocity: Nova.
digital chanal hexfilesNow you might be screaming to me "WTF?! that game is like teh 2 years old!!" Well, I'm aware of that. What happened was I had a 'drought' of my neighbor's connection, so I decided to check out my grandpa's old Power Mac 6500. I forgot that my grandpa bought EVN for me, but the 6500 ran 8.0, short of the necessary 8.1 requirement. So, I never played it.
But now the 6500 has about 200MB more free space, and at this point I'm afraid that I've completely conquered the game by getting and memorizing all of the storylines, creating roughly a dozen plugs, and producing about 2MB of pilot files. I was having so much fun that I got carried away for 4 days before the connection came back, so now I've completely alienated myself from the community(ies).
