iTunes 4.5

If you haven't tried iTunes 4.5 yet, go ahead and download it. This update includes some insanely cool features.

tweak-xp Pro 4.06 serial

Now what's interesting is the new Apple Lossless format. I can't tell any difference between it and AAC, to tell you the truth. I got a new CD today from Amazon and ripped it with both as a test. Please let me know if any of you can notice a difference.

But anyway, Party Shuffle is a brilliant piece of work, and there's a few other features tucked away in there too. Most of them I probably won't take advantage of (at least not for a while), but it's a great update to a great piece of software.

hrm, you can't hear the difference? i was able to notice the difference immediately, and for good reason. i ripped weezer's green album at 192 kbps and then w/ itunes's lossless importing, and the lossless import ended up being 4 times the filesize of the 192 one.

MP3 or AAC?

What about the free songs? Maybe one day they'll choose a song i'll have actually heard off... Maybe not...

I've heard the one they had yesterday many times. The one today is a special pre-release.

In any case, I don't have an account, so no free songs for me.

the 192 recording was an mp3; i hadn't thought of recording it with aac.
i downloaded yesterday's free song as well, and wasn't especially impressed. i had to crank up my speakers to hear it for some reason.
