Graduation!

I graduated Middle school today. Pretty much, I have mixed feelings.

Despite how stupid this sounds, I AM going to miss it. From what I've heard, teachers aren't nearly as good in High school as they are in middle school. I'm going to miss my teachers (I've had a really good team of teachers every year in middle school), and my friends, whom I won't see as much. My best friend is moving on Tuesday, or, rather, leaving town on Tuesday. Today was my last day of school with her for the rest of our lives. She won't have much of a computer and won't have a phone at all for about three weeks...

I'm pretty happy as well, though, outside of the nostalgia and the bits of sadness and junk. My parents gave me the novel of the broadway play Wicked that I mentioned earlier in my blog, which is SOOOO well written that I am just blown away. Plus, it's summer! No homework!! School wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't homework...-_- I also got an iPod Mini and a new Rurouni Kenshin DVD. ^^

Otherwise, yeah. I started writing a short story based off of this awesome online comic. I've started chapter 3 of TNCS, and put up a website of it, just because I got really bored one night. Was too lazy to load the story up onto my evula account.

I think eighth grade was the best school year I've ever had for more reasons than I can count. ^^: I can't believe the year went by so fast! I can't believe I graduated and I'm still 5' tall...

We went into town today at 2 and stayed in town for three and a half hours. It was fun. Me and Chibi decided to run off from Sam, Erin, and Oni. We sneaked around the edge of the park and up this tree we always climbed, then figured they'd look for us there, and ran into the children's park. Hid there for about five minutes, watched Erin, Sam, and Oni walk straight past and out of the park, and decided to go back across the other side of the park to get chibi's soda and this little ball thing. That took about five or so minutes in total, then we went look for them. We walked a fair distance, then went back, and suddenly my dad was there. My dad drove Chibi home, still with us not having met up with the others yet, and then he took me to Ridgefield Pizza to pick up, what else, a pizza *gasp*. I went home and about twenty minutes later had my graduation party.

Yeah, busy day, I guess. I'll really miss Middle School, though, my teachers and my friends especially (well, not like there's much else to miss...^^;).
